"This recipe is a lifesaver if you can't eat wheat and think the gluten free stuff in the shops is worse than eating soil ! I make this with any plain wheat/gluten free flour and it turns out fabulous. I tried Hugh Furry Whatshisname's recipe but was nowhere near as nice as this."
