" it was so easy but looked really impresive, took it to family bbq and it was demolished should of made two. didnt have any myself i dont like bananas, was thinking of putting some different fruit in it has anyone tried anything different?"

" im making these saturday for friends i just had to say to cathy why dosnt she use egg yolks like gordon says and just make merangue out of the left over whites and keep in the freezer, no need for waste then and you can stick to the recipe. "

"wow this is gorgeous i cant get enough of it. i think its fab on its own but is great with loads of things especialy sausages, roast chicken or grilled salmon .YUMMY. "

"my husband and i didnt think the horseradish was very nice with salmon at all, i thought it would be nice as i love it with mackerel. i dont know if i did something wrong but the breadcrumbs wouldnt go crispy i presume its because they were mixed with wet horseradish."
