"Had this tonight - the lamb was cooked perfectly (20 mins in fan assisted oven), but I wish I had added more Harissa paste as it was lovely, moist and tender, but lacked a bit of flavour. The couscous was nice, but I did think it got a bit boring after a while. I didn't add as much mint as the recipe suggested as hubby is not a fan, so perhaps a bit more of that would have improved the flavours. We did enjoy it, and I would eat it again, but it's not something I normally cook, so the expense of buying the various herbs and spices made didn't really match up to the taste."

Lemon drizzle cake

"I made this cake tonight and it is lovely and light. I was worried it would be a disaster as I accidentally added the flour before the eggs, but it turned out fine. Next time I will add more lemon though - maybe my lemons were smaller than expected, but I would have preferred it to be more lemony."

Manuka honey cheesecake with raspberries
10 comments
"I made this recipe for Mother's Day dinner for my parents last weekend. It wasn't bad, but the raspberries I had weren't as sweet as I would have liked. I wonder if the Manuka honey would have helped as I used ordinary honey. I also used Strawberry & Cream shortbread as I couldn't get hold of any lemon, and I made them in individual sundae dishes rather than in rings. I enjoyed it, but found them a bit too heavy, and half of one would have sufficed. And I definitely could have done with sweetening the raspberries in some way as they were too bitter. I will probably make it again, but change a few things."

"My husband made this last night. I thought it was quite tasty, but a bit dry. Husband wasnât very keen on it â he felt the mustard was too strong. I think I would use fewer potatoes next time and more broccoli as it was very potato dense and more vegetables would make it less dry. Also, it took longer to cook than it should have as husband made it in a casserole dish which just fitted in our microwave, but when the dish went under the grill, it needed to be more spread out in a shallower dish. We ended up having to spoon half of it into a shallow dish and put that under the grill and then do the other half afterwards. I would have this again, but hubby isnât keen on trying it again. "
