"These are so easy to make and taste delicious. The only change I made was to use dried corinader leaves rather than parsley, which I had forgotten to buy. However, I will do the same next time I make them as they were fine. We had the pitta, salsa and salad with them as suggested and the moistness of the salsa does help the dish along. Great dish for students if they have access to a food processor."

Pecan toffee cake

"This was a big success. I made the cake and froze it for Boxing Day. We had it slightly warm minus the icecream and syrup but it was great just on its own."
