"Really very good! I used those digestive biscuits with caramel inside and milk chocolate on the top and cut each biscuit into 16 pieces which added a nice bit of caramel flavour. I cut the finished tray into bite sized pieces and found that they really were best served straight from the fridge. Delicious!"

"This is a great recipe for lunch on a summer's day! I poach chicken breasts and then just slice them. The couscous referred to was a separate recipe in the magazine - couscous made in the usual way with lemon juice, olive oil, mint and parsley added to it."

"Wow! This is easily the best pudding I have made in a long time. Really really good! I forgot to serve the rhubarb syrup so it may be even better with it! I served it with vanilla ice cream."
