"If a boys aged 12 and 10 and a little girl just aged 3 wolfed this down it can't be bad - did it with some very fresh Pollack and it was a lovely warming dinner - the boys even asked for the juices in the bottom of the pan and a slice of bread to mop up ! Used smoked Lardons rather than streaky gave it a bit more of a chunky feel. Recommend."

"Had this for tea- made a mistake - forgot to get the filo out of the freezer ! substtuted with breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan and it worked really well - my two year old loved it too! Simple and easy and quick - will try it with the pastry next time !!!!!"

"Loved this - kids think its the best and have been making all their friends jelous at school with it in thier lunch boxes - my eldest has even begged me to make another one to take away with him for his camp with school!(might have to make 2 that week!!)"
