"this is delicious and very simple. not what i'd call spanish -- more country french perhaps?! but either way, this is so easy and very economical. it's become a repeat recipe for me. may i suggest adding some sprigs of fresh thyme before putting the lid on for the final bubble? i also like it served with brown rice."

Ultimate chocolate cake

"mazing. the only choclate cake i will make from now on. my 20 cm tin was not deep enough so i used two shallower ones, and froze one of the cakes for later (i halved the ganache but had plentyleft over). so dark, squidgy, moist, chocolatey -- truly ultimate!"
