"Very easy to make and very tasty. Added coconut as others suggested. I may make them a little smaller next time as they turned out quite big - although none of the family complained!!"

"Very tasty. Added a few more carrots and a pepper but left out the celery. Also reduced the stock to 500ml. I cooked it in the oven with a few dumplings which went down very well with all the family. Will definitely be making it again."

"Made this today for Mother's Day - everyone loved it. Added a teaspoon of almond extract to make it taste really almondy. Will definitely be making it again, it's so easy."
