    "I really enjoyed this meal. I love duck and this meal was fantastic. Served it with chilli spinach and potato gratin (used gruyere). Would definitely make again"

    "Very authentic. I followed the recipe but amended it slightly by using 150ml of coconut milk (reduced fat), 3/4 of a tin of chopped toms, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 3 kaffir lime leaves, juice of one lime, 3 1/2 tsp of red thai paste for some kick and added mushroom, sliced red peppers and stirred through some fresh spinach at the end. End result was fab and demolished by two but i think it would definitely struggle to serve 4, even with plain rice to soak up the gorgeous flavours!"

    "Didn't bother with the couscous, just had it with salad and feta stuffed mushrooms. This was such a nice dish. We like spice so i used 4 tbsp of my homemade harissa and added a pinch of chilli flakes and still used the cumin. the sauce was gorgeous. I think the tip is to use really good quality lamb so the juices from that intensify the sauce. Quick but exciting mid week meal "

    Roast duck legs with red wine sauce

    "Delicious crispy skin and very tender duck. Doubled the amount of redcurrant jelly and used a third of a bottle of red. Served with Jersey royals, mange tout and french beans. So so good!"

    "This was such a wonderful dish. I couldn't get hold of fish sauce so i made my own (2 parts soy 1 part lime) and it was beautiful and very authentic. Served with noodles fried off in sesame oil. Wonderful"
