"I've baked this a couple of times and always turns out perfect. I tried it with 15g less of self raising, so the butter, flour and sugar were in equal quantities and it came out slightly more moist and dense. I'll make it like that from now on. Excellent!"

"The pork was so perfectly tender and juicy that the plum sauce went uneaten. Obviously the belly is a fatty cut, so if you prefer the meat a bit drier/leaner, I'd advise an extra 10 mins at 220C. Will definitely make this again though!"
