    "These cookies are absolutely divine. I make cookies as substitute for Christmas cards at work and have been after a new recipe. These are brilliant - lovely and soft in the middle, nice little crunch on the outside. As a filling I just used 100g of chocolate chips, but would love to try other combinations too. I also found out that I could get 32 cookies per batch - 8 on 4 baking trays."

    "Lovely and soft and beautifully lemony. My only issue is that I have as yet been unable to get the sugar to crystallise on top of the cake like in the photo. But that's just icing on the cake...."

    "Crammed full of vegetables I didn't feel guilty eating lasgane. I too added Quorn mince to pad it out but I also added a courgette and would add mushrooms, but my housemate doesnt like them. Mine was slightly less healthy than it should have been as I used more parmesan than it asked for but combined with the creme fraiche the topping is divine. Simple and stupendous - I would recommend to everyone!"

    Effortless raspberry iced mousse

    "This was so simple to make and was absolutely delicious. I added some crushed ginger biscuits to add a bit more flavour and texture and crammed it full of raspberries. My housemates loved it and I would most definately make this again."
