"Absolutely loved this recipe. Easy to make, and the smells coming out of my kitchen were wonderful. Really lovely subtle basil taste. I used slightly less mascarpone, as it was just a touch too rich for me but love the creaminess of the sauce. I served it with stuffe tortellni and my whole family, husband and three boys, can be very fussy. They all wolfed it down! Will cook again, would make a lovely easy dinner paty dish. Would definitely reccommend!!"
