"I make a similar starter but I use smoked salmon and mascapone. Wrap the asparagus spears in smoked salmon then place your parcels in an oven tray. Heat up some mascapone in a saucepan so it becomes more liquid then pour over your asparagus parcels and sprinkle with parmesan. Cook in the oven for around 10 mins just to heat through. Very easy and always goes down well."
