"So simple and absolutely delicious. I had pork rib steaks in the freezer and all other ingredients in my store cupboard so it was extra easy. Left out the coriander. I prepared in a large flat pan and then transferred to my slow cooker. Delicious."

"This was surprisingly delicious. I made this to use up the greens I received in my vegetable box this week. It went down very well with my husband and I, the kids weren't so impressed. I had to cook the greens longer than suggested as the crunch was a little too crunchy but that could have just been this batch of veg being a bit tough. I also put the pork back into the pan and placed it on top of the greens to keep it warm. I will make this again."

"Went down very well. Be careful of the larger potatoes which may be harder in the centre when you try to crush them - they shoot straight out of the tray. Everyone enjoyed these."

"I cooked this for the original time suggested. Took it out of the oven, let it cool and when serving realised it was under cooked so I put it back in the oven for 20 minutes - risky! Amazingly it was still gorgeous. What a great idea to use custard in the cake mix. I will be trying this recipe with the frozen apple slices in my freezer next week - it appears to be a fool proof recipe."
