    "Sorry but I have to say that I was not a fan of these. I found them very stodgy, more like banana bread with blueberries, not light and fluffy how a muffin should be, also not sweet enough and I did add extra sugar. I think I would rather just eat one good full fat muffin a month, than eat these regualrly!!!!"

    "A great light meal, I've made this a few times but this time made it with thai red curry paste, which made a much spicier soup, which I prefered! I also added a splash of fish sauce, lime juice and red chilli (if you want this extra hot)!"

    "Great if you love mushrooms, if your not that keen I would advoid. Also found these very messy due to the amount of liquid that came out of the mushroom whilst eating. I added some home made salsa otherwise these have been very bland. Ok for a quick heathly lunchtime snack but garlic very strong so would adviod if you have a hot date later!"

    Baked mushrooms with ricotta & pesto

    "I forgot to put the olive oil in and they tasted great, would continue cooking them without, making them slightly healthier! I actually had these as a vegetarian main with some boiled new potatoes and salad, I used cestnut mushrooms and six was enough for a main. "

    "Wow the first risotto recipe where i haven't had to add double the amount of stock or cook for an extra hour, this one really works! I added a few additional ingredients, firstly I fried the onion in garlic oil instead of butter and also added some small cubes of butternut squash, then just some dried parsley towards the end. Will impress my Mum with this one next time I'm home!"
