"I added spinach, grated chedder and dijon mustard to the potato, dipped in flour and shallow fried. I then put the smoked salmon on top, then a poached egg and then hollandaise sauce. A favourite supper or dinner party starter."

"I LOVE this recipe. I always make all the stew and as there are two of us I freeze half. Sometimes I halve the carrot and add a leek. A definate favourite and I alway make sure I have at least one in the freezer."

"I didn't have any red pepper so I made this with one grated carrot instead. I added some dried thyme and served it with green cabbage and a mixture of mash potatoes and swede. By using low fat sausages and dry frying the onions, I can eat this on my low fat diet."

"This was a marvellous quick recipe. All store cupboard ingredients and I will make sure I always have sausages and bruschetta in the freezer for a quick mid-week meal. Adding the honey and mustard to the sausages really made a boring meal superb. Even the kids ate it! I used low fat sausages and dry-fried the onions so even I can eat this on my diet."
