"Amazing! And so so easy. I put a cream cheese based frosting on it as was using it as a 1st birthday cake and wanted to decorate it. Everyone was after the recipe!"

"Have made these twice now and used whatever dried fruit was in the cupboard (apricots/dates/raisins etc). They hold together really well and are moist but still crunchy. All the family love them, including 2 toddlers. My husband likes them as energy bars for long bike rides. Dead easy to make as well."
