"This is good, but i am vegetarian and every onion gravy recipe i see has Beef stock, so i replaced the onions with red ones, replaced the stock with veggie stock and red wine. Its like a mixture between a onion gravy and a red wine sauce. Its really good! But i like the process of getting the onions really sweet and sticky. :)"
