"Tastes delicious, but mine collapsed as soon as I tried to take it out of the tin. Is this because the recipe doesn't specify how much baking powder to use?? I guessed with 1 tsp...? Also, "grease and line a tin" - does that mean grease the tin and then line it, or line the tin and grease the lining? Not very clear, so again, I guessed!!"
