"Good base recipe Could'nt get any lamb so did the same thing with chicken marinating with some curry paste & lime. Pre cooked chicken prior to adding to the sauce so that the chicken would stay succulent - yummy Wonder whats its like with beef ?"

"Wow - how easy is this and so moist ...it did'nt even get cold in our house !! Added some walnuts - will add more next time and increase the raisins, to give more crunch & texture. The butter icing sounds good too This is my kind of baking - effort rewarded with excellent results every time "
