"This is absolutely delicious. I was amazed and delighted how well this turned out; just the right amount of sauce and really great on the low cal front. I made two a big version and a baby version, leaving out the prawns and using full fat cheese for the baby and he ate the lot and so did we. Will be making this one again"

"This dish is wonderful; I love it. My husband said it would be nice served with a few sausages; don't think he understood when I said I was going to veggie twice a week! I have made it several times now with great success each time; great the next day It doesn't look that great as my 2 year old will tell you 'sick, sick' were his words as I place it in front of him!!! After convincing him it wasn't something his baby brother had produced he scoffed the lot :o)"

"Delicious, a bit sweet for me so will try less apricots next time. I chopped the apricots so it was suitable for my children. My 1 year old, 2 year old and husband polished off the lot - always a good sign in our house!"

"I made this and tasted just before adding the fish but found it really salty so decided not to add the fish and make fish pie instead. Quite sad as I was really looking forward to this. Any ideas?"
