"I really enjoyed this and added hard boiled egg and spring onion. I might add tomatoes next time and the dressing was lovely. I will have this again as it is just the thing to have on a hot summers day."

"Really really tasty and easy to do. "Really nice, tasty and easy! My husband, son and myself had it with egg fried rice and will have it again, again and again. Would be lovely to have cold in the summer with salad as well, so an all year rounder! Can't get better than that!"
