"Absolutely stunning rice, quite sweet. The whole family loved it and we ate it with the prawn and coconut curry wich was quite light. As meals go it was an huge hit!"

"I was wondering whether you could oven bake them. We make our own chicken nuggets in a similar way and they do nicely on a baking tray. Do you think it would work with these?"

"This was absolutely delicious and will be made again. Again I just used a teasp. allspice as didn't have the berries or the cloves. A brown roll did as the 2 slices of white bread and currants replaced the sultanas but it turned out delicious and looked fantastic. The apricot blutyang (whatever) didn't go so well unless it was supposed to taste of vinegar. Maybe it will taste better tomorrow."

"This was very easy to make but I'm not sure it turned out how it was supposed to and I'm not sure I'd bother again. It seemed to have an awful lot of vinegar in it with the resulting taste being a bit...vinagary!!! I did wonder whether the amount was a misprint. The bobotie that it went with was delicious though."

"Very easy to makes and looks impressive when it comes out. It was my first time making a baked cheesecake and I was delighted with how well it went. Looked very professional!!!"
