"Really enjoyed this, only down side is it didn't look that appitising as it is such a pale dish. Ignoring that the flavours were lovely. I used peppered mackerel fillits as I love pepper. Me and my boyfriend both had second helpings and I have got the left overs for lunch. I will be making this again."

"I have made this so many times now and it turns out lovely everytime. I normally stick to the recipe, sometimes change the vegetables depending what I have in. So many people have asked for the recipe and my partner will only have this and will not go for an Indian take away any more."

"Lovely flavours fantastic. I followed the other comments and only put half a lemon in but served the rest on the side. Still ended up squeezing the rest in though. I did add some capers which I thought complimented the dish. This will be made again."

"One of the nicest curry's I've had. I did swap the aubergine for a courgette as that is my preference. Lovely taste and flavour. I used Madras paste I will use this recipe again with different pastes."
