"Love this made it last Christmas and it was perfect. I did add an extra egg, thank you for the tip and it worked so well. I am doing it again for this Christmas and want to do it again for family in January. Can anyone tell me if they have tried freezing it and how it comes out? Would be easier to make both at the same time and freeze one if I can."

"Really lovely Noodles, I served them with Vegetable Tempura which completed the dish perfectly, have already cooked these three times and will be doing again for friends including the vegetable tempura and a glass of Sake, nom!"

"Really liked this, glad that I read the other comments about adding more spice, I added 1tsp of madras curry powder to this as well as the spices listed and still thought it was very mild, would add more next time. Apart from that very easy to make and nice overall flavour."

"This was so lovely, amazing flavours. I didn't have walnuts so used hazelnuts but it still worked well, I will be doing this again and can't wait to do this for friends Nom Nom Nom!"
