"This has to be the simplest bread to make. Really tasty and wonderful crust. I use baking powder and milk reather than baking soda and buttermilk. Also tried recipe with the cheaper low fat plain yogurt and it looked and tasted just as good. Have substituted bananas for the carrots and that turned out yummie as well."
