"The peas bacon and lentils are very tasty and I often use this as a side dish. For this recipe I substituted the cod for salmon (cooked in a foil parcel in the oven with bacon, lemon, ginger, and white wine) and it was lovely. "

"Yummy! I used pork instead of the chicken and added mushrooms and chilli for some heat. You can really make this dish with whatever ingredients you want - the sauce is delicious! I'll be making it again :o)"
