"This was delicious and even nicer a couple of days later. I'll definitely be cooking this again, but next time I will ensure the onions are completely caramalised and golden brown to produce the very best flavour and texture. With the cheese on toast this was definitey a lovely dinner dish, very satisfying."

Chocolate fondant

"Hi Anthony You need 8 eggs in total. 4 whole and 4 that have been separated from the whites, so you just have the yolks. Hope that helps Lisa"

"This was a pleasant soup, but I felt that it could benefit from some additional spices to add another dimension. "

Chocolate fondant

"Wow! Bowled over by this recipe. First time I ever cooked a fondant and it turned out perfectly and was absolutely delicious. I used 100g of Lindt dark chocolate and 100g of Green and Black's dark chocolate. This produced a lovely rich and velvety gooey chocolate mix in the centre. This mixture yielded 8 fondant moulds. I cooked at 190c in a fan oven for exactly 11 minutes. I've frozen the other 6 for my next treat. Tip: Don't fill the fondant mixture to the top of the mould. Leave about 1cm gap at the top to allow the mixture to expand whilst cooking. I served with some whipped double cream with vanilla."
