Tomato soup with cheese & Marmite twists

"This recipe is yummy. I leave the skins on the tomatoes. I add some red lentils with the stock instead of using cream. At the end I liquidise with one of those handheld thingymajigs. Very heart warming and healthy plus my kids absolutely love it!"

"Brilliantly easy - I cook and weigh out 400g of chickpeas that are in the freezer so we have a ready supply of cheap and fresh ingredients - yummy afterschool dinner packed full of goodness!"

"Well it looks the part and, as the recipie says, it's tangy but you will have to wait 3 months for the real feedback! I had no problem with the sauce, in fact i have bottled the left overs for another project such as a marinade. Look forward to handing the piccalli out as part of christmas hamper present that I am planning."
