"Fantastic - but be warned, this cake is evil! Once you've made it you won't be able to stop eating it. Incredibly easy to make, amazing results, I'm inviting people over for dinner as an excuse to make it again... be a dreadful shame if I forget to serve it..."

"Just fab, delicious. I keep making massive batches of it, freezing individual portions and then taking to work for lunch. Dead easy to make, must confess haven't grated the carrots once, just chopped them, blender took care of them no problem."

"Fantastic and so easy! I sweated the onions in some chilli olive oil instead of butter and added a couple of fat cloves of garlic, two of us then just troughed the lot, would definitely recommend it."
