"Just made this delicious italian veg soup. Considering there is no extra seasoning, it's sooo delicious!! A nice chunky warming soup just right for this time of year. The only downside to this recipe, is there is a lot of chopping involved and it takes a while to cook... a bit longer than the 45mins stated, I'd say it was closer to an hour. Will def try this again and freeze it."

"Delicious cakes and very easy to make. Made for my daughter's 3rd birthday and she loved helping to make them!! However as a suggestion to others making these, they took about double the time stated to bake (and yes, I made the mini ones), and the amount of chocolate was way to much. I used 1x100g bar of white choc, then mixed it with 50g of dark and I still had loads leftover."

"I've made these brownies twice now and they are delicious... and everyone else that's tasted them seems to want more than one, too!!!! I've got a fan oven and 45 mins seems to be perfect and I don't need to cover them either. Wasn't too sure to start about the amount of coconut but, the texture and taste are amazing. Quite possibly the best brownie recipe I've ever tasted!!!"

"Loved this dish. So quick and easy to make. Didn't have the anchovies or capers so did without. Added a chicken stock cube as a bit of a cheat for seasoning, then added some leftover potatoes about 5mins from the end (just to warm them through). It was so delicious and my kids loved it too which is always a bonus!"

"This was so easy to make with the added benefit of being in one-pot. I reduced the amount of chilli so that my young children could eat it without breathing fire! I didn't have any okra so just did it without. It would be very easy to add lots of different veg at Step 5 so that if you are feeding it to your kids, they get at least their five-a-day. I also cooked this on a very low heat and increased the cooking time by about 15mins. I noticed that some comments said the dish was too dry, so would suggest adding a bit more water in Step 3? But I found this was just the right consistency. Very delicious indeed."
