"This was very disappointing. Also found it very wet and it was not a dough but more a batter at one point, but once cooked, it was awfully dry and tasteless. I was expecting that rich buttery, vanilla flavour. Mine was just like cardboard. Such a shame as I love pannetone, but was really not worth the effort - sorry!"

"Made this last night and it was absolutely gorgeous - quite mild so would add more chilli when serving to adults, but this was fine for the children and they all but licked their plates - in our house, quite a feat!!! "

"Cooked this in our food tech lesson and it was delicious. Everybody loved it. Made cheesey french bread croutons to go with it and it went down a treat!"
