Kerala prawn curry

"Divine, I made this last Friday night. As usual!! I added some extra vegetables and unfortuantely for me I added too much coconut milk but I won't make that mistake again. The flavour was incredible. I'll make this again and again, I'm thinking it might be nice with chicken also."

"This was so easy to make and so tasty. The fact that they were baked and not fried as so many gougon recipes tend to me are a bonus from my perspective. I didn't add the cayenne pepper this time as I wanted to taste the fish in its purest form but I'll certainly do it next time. The lemon mayonnaise was divine, I just used a couple of tablespoons of Hellmans, some lemon juice, black pepper and plenty of parsley it was DIVINE, I served with home-made potato wedges baked also in the oven. Try it. "

Thai chicken cakes with sweet chilli sauce

"These were very easy and very tasty. I was afraid they might be dry but were surprisingly moist. Instead of making little cakes next time I'm going to do them in little bite-size portions for parties etc, they would be ideal on cocktail sticks beside a portion of sweet-chilli sauce."

Chilli chicken curry

"This was so easy and so tasty - it was divine. Highly recommend it, ideal for a Friday night after work curry. I didn't paste the onion, ginger and garlic, I chopped the ginger and garlic very finely and sliced the onions as I love onions in curries, I also added red pepper and mushrooms to bulk it out as again I hate curries with just meat and sauce but this is just a personal thing - even with my own take on it it worked out great and I'll definitely make it again."
