"I've done this one a couple of times now. Its absolutely desicious and everyone enjoyed it - I do half plain cobbles and half with the herbs because some are fickle. It does use a lot of wine, so now I have to make sure I have some in the house for cooking - shame!"

"I love this - I love figs and was hoping to convert my husband, but no luck! I added the sliced stem ginger over the figs rather than make the marscapone cream - I had other cream to use up. Why not try the same ingredients to baked peaches?"

"Gorgeous! Make it on Saturday and it will keep us going all weekend! I prefer to add the raspberry sauce when I serve it rather than on the cheesecake. I thought the sauce made the base a bit soggy."

"It really is as easy as it says. I'll never buy shop pizza again. I prefer to use chopped tinned tomatoes rather than the passata as it adds a bit more texture. "
