"Didnt have enough of an orange/jaffa kick for me, so i cut it in half and spread marmalade through it. Wonder if a little orange blossom water in the cake mix would help it along, will try next time. Very good texture and the choc works great. "

"Nearly threw the dough away as i just couldnt get it to mould and was so crumbly, then i read a tip about chilling the mixture before rolling in cling film and thank goodness i did, it worked a treat. First time making biscuits ever, i added cranberries and lemon to one batch and choc chuncks and hazlenuts to the other. Taste homemade which is a good thing but not quite the best biscuit ive ever tasted! "

"oh dear, after reading all the rave reviews I thought this cake would be an absolute winner, but all my blueberries fell to the bottom and so there were no juicy bursts of fruit more like a layer of jam at the bottom! Where did I go wrong? Would love to know so I can try it again."
