"Delicious! I find working with the filo a little fiddly but the effort is worth it. I also added the suggested pine nuts and some black pitted chopped olives. Yum! "

"Excellent meal which looked impressive but was so easy. I cooked the butternut squash for longer as others have advised and it worked well. My vegetarian children are not keen on butternut sqauash but ate this happily. Highly recommend!"

"Super quick supper full of flavour. Served this with a salad. Removing the baked garlic from their skins was a little tricky as so hot but what a lovely flavour it gave the pasta! "
