    "Really easy and so tasty! Loved by all the family. I too used extra creme fraiche mixed with chicken and less stock (130ml). I also added wholegrain mustard to the creme fraiche and mash which gave it an extra kick. Used a mixture of peas and sweetcorn. Served it with carrots and fine green beans. "

    "Done this recipe for my husband and two young girls. They loved it! I added mushrooms instead of parsnips and also a tablespoon of cranberry sauce. I also put only half the amount of wine in and topped rest up with beef stock. The muffin top was to die for! Nice and crispy on top but very light and fluffy underneath, not stodgy the way some dumplings tend to be. Mind you, I did have problems trying to spread it on top so I put them on as 3 large dollops- they spread quite well in the end! Served it with green beans and potatoes. So good I am serving it for my next dinner party. "

    "Really gorgeous! For serious chocoholics only!! It did take another 15-20 mins longer to cook and even then the inside was gooey, the top crisp. It is lovely served warm with good quality vanilla ice cream. I'm going to serve it at my next dinner party."

    "Just made these muffins. Great recipe, they turned out so good they looked shop bought! The mixture I found made far too much for 12 muffin cases (I had enough to fill an additional 10 mini muffin cases and 2 small ramekins!). I used a mixture of pecan and walnuts and added ground ginger (I had no all spice) and they were fine. I think next time however, I would reduce ingredients by half to fill 12 cases. "

    Tuna steaks with balsamic-roasted tomatoes

    "Lovely. So simple and tasty. I cooked steaks for 6 mins each side as they were quite thick and coated them in sesame seeds before griddling - yum! Served with mash and green beans. I will reduce balsamic mix next time as I had more than enough."
