"Absolutely delicious and very easy to make. I used thickly sliced 'field' mushrooms which gave a meaty texture to the dish. The recipe does say that the mushrooms should be chopped, but the picture shows that they have been sliced. Will definitely be making this on a regular basis."

"This soup is a firm favourite of mine, but I always substitute the broad beans with frozen soya beans as I don't like the 'skins' on broad beans. It freezes beautifully."

"Very easy and absolutely delicious. Cut the thighs in half and only simmered them with the potatoes for about 20 minutes. Used 300g of spring (sweetheart) cabbage instead of spring greens and 300g of broccoli. Thickened the stock slightly before serving and used up a couple of tablespoons of creme fraiche. Will make it again."

"Very easy to make and absolutely delicious. Used a stick blender and blended the soup in the saucepan. So, not only is it cheap, delicious and healthy, but there's also very little washing up! "
