"does anyone actually know if this cake keeps longer than 4 days? I've just put a 9" round in the oven for a wedding this saturday! If I fill and ice it tomorrow, will it last until saturdays wedding?"

"I hosted my first dinner party in Jan for 8 people and made this dish, it was loved by all! Even the friend who didn't like mustard so we cooked him a seperate piece of salmon with just garlic butter but he ended up eating a marinated piece too! I'm about to show 13 women at a community cookery session how to make this dish today - they've never tasted salmon so watch this space!"
