"I only used the batter and used it to coat some turkey for a stir-fry. it was gorgeous. I would highly recommend using the batter for stir fry meat as it gives it a wonderful "fulness" to the meal. I halfed the batter recipe for 2 turkey steaks and still had some left over, so you might not need to make a whole batch, and I used water from the fridge and put it in the soda stream for the fizzy water. I would highly reccommed it. "

"I used crunchy peanut butter, added onions and peas, plus used dried chilli. After tasting it, I found it too nutty - im not a fan of nuts and was hoping it would be more creamy than nutty. For my tastes it was too nutty and hot, so I added some coconut milk to try and calm the flavours. It was nice - still quite nutty and creamy, however unless you are a real die-hard nut fan I would be wary of making this, the corriander gave it a nice undertone though.I would give it 4 stars however as I should have thought about the amount of peanuts that were going into it before I made it. Salmon with sweet & sour red onions

    Tested

"I was very sceptical to the claim of adding garlic with the onions and unfortunately my fears were realised as the garlic was burning and the onions were only just caramalised - perhaps the onions wasnt chopped finrly enough - I will have to read the ingredients more closely next time! I will admit I should have thought this through, and with me being a bit cheap and using raspberry vinegar it wasnt as good as I hoped, however if the garlic hadn't burnt I am sure it would turn out better. Raspberry & blueberry lime drizzle cake

    Tested

"I made this as part of my GCSE food coursework - it was lovely - really nice and zingy, plus the berries and limes have convinced me that this is good for my five a day ;) A definate 5 star, although be careful as I had too much and the acidity gave me a sore throat!"

"This was very nice and moist and the sauce at the bottom was lovely, however the acidity of the lemons gave me a sore throat! Other than that this recipe was lovely, and very popular. "
