"Very nice cake!!! I found that when cooking it in my fan over the first time I tried it the edges were burnt (and that was only after 25 mins) The second time, I put it in non-fan for 15 and then 10 for fan oven and it was perfect!!! I couldnt manage the topping though...so I made chocolate fudge topping and it was lovely!!!"
