"I made this for the childrens pudding after Christmas lunch, having read previous comments I halved the quantities and whipped the cream. That made plenty for 3 children as it was very very rich, not really what I would call a mousse though. Having said that they loved it :D"

"Made this after going Blackberry picking with the children. I only changed it a tad by upping the coconut to 100g, we all loved it, next time going to do it as a pudding with custard or cream :o)"

"Made this for one of the pudding options for Mothers Day, it went down well although the clotted cream did not like being whipped.Not sure if I did something wrong with it but next time will whip some double cream for it. I havn't made scone's before but this turned out well, I did grate the butter and the result was very good :o)"

"Made these as one pudding option for Mothers Day, everyone liked them. Could have been a little more minty for our taste so might try mint dark choc for the top next time :o)"
