"I made this last night and served with steamed salmon, it was delicious. I didnt think i would like this as i dont normally like radishes but it was really nice and fresh, worth a try!! "

"i added some cubed feta to the rice before i stuffed the tomatos, it was delicious. Served with some spiced chicken, it went down a treat. "

"I used fresh mint and lemon juice in some greek yog and it went really well. I didnt toss the courgettes in the oil and garlic though i just griddled them and then squeezed on some lemon, it all went really well together and was a nice healthy light dinner. Will make this again but will add the oil to the courgettes next time and maybe some spice to the lentils. "

"Made this yesterday as a round cake rather than a loaf, sandwiched it together with some marmalade and added some lemon butter cream icing. Deeeeee bloody beautiful!! "

"Delicious!! Will be using the recipe from now on. Ive been using a Be-ro recepie for a long time but will never use it again. This made the lightest and tasties scones ever. The lemon in the milk makes a huge difference and they were so tall! "
