"Perfect mid-week meal, all the family loved it, and it can be easily altered to fit fussy eaters - swap the parmesan for mozzarella, cheddar or any cheese, add mushrooms, different herbs... Yum :)"

"Great curry - had hoped to keep some for lunch the next day, but everyone wanted second helpings so it was all gone! I flash-fried the chicken in 'Pataks' tomato and chili curry paste and it worked perfectly. Thanks for the recipe, will be making it over and over again!"

"Delicious - made this tonight and pleased everyone. Put some Amaretto liqueur in for the adults and some mixed spice and nutmeg for the kids. Also, I used 2 egg whites so there was a bit more topping. Fabdabydosy. "
