"As always I halved the amount of meat and added more veg. Thin ribbons of courgette, mushrooms, sweetcorn, pak choi, spring greens, broccoli or whatever I have in the fridge! Lovely quick and tasty recipe. "

"I added garlic, chilli, broccoli and mushrooms and used half the beef. I think without additions it would of been bland. For a quick, easy supper this is ideal but must admit I prefer traditional Chinese flavours over the Worcestershire sauce! "

"I really enjoyed this recipe. It was a little bit difficult to get the crumbs to stick on but it didn't matter because it tasted lovely and didn't leave me feeling fat and full which fish and chips usually does! I would recommend as a healthier alternative to fried fish."

"This was SO easy and makes a really tasty light pudding. I used natural vanilla essence, blueberries and raspberries and was really pleased with the results. I don't think it was too eggy, it is just the nature of the egg based dessert. "
