"We really love this recipe. I did this with monkfisk and another time with Tilapia fisk (very tender). I added the artichokes hearts with the black olive and the combination makes a very tasty and unusual dish. The only black point would then be the price as artichoke jar can be easily £3-4 + the price of a good fish. But still very healthy, very tasty, so easy to do and ideal to prepare in advance. Love it! "

"I used Tilapia fish (discovered that in my local store, extremely tender) and added chili flakes. So quick and easy to do! Served that with broccoli but not convinced about it!!"

"Very tasty and so easy to make. We cant find Toulouse sausage in our local supermarket so I usually use any spicy sausages I can find. Great to prepare in advance."
