"I'm not the world's best cook, far from it in fact!! However this recipe was very simple to follow. I cooked the mince in the oven for an hour instead of on the hob (I prefer it that way, it tenderises the mince) before adding the spinach, gnocchi and cheese. Flavour was nice, but I do agree with the previous comments, it was on the bland side, and I found a bit watery. Would add some tomatoe paste and less tomatoes next time. "
