"I think these will be even better with double the quantity of pistachio nuts - these are so tasty and the bright green look like little gems. I will also substitue the fruit with chopped dried apricots."

"This is quite tasty but a little too watery. The good thing about it is that it's low fat, so felt nice and light after eating it. I used only 2 of the recommended 3 green chillies and it was plenty hot enough. Make sure you mix the yoghurt in off the heat so it doesn't curdle. Also, be prepared for a lot of chopping beforehand!"

"We loved this. I did tinker with the recipe quite a bit. I made my own pancakes with soya milk, made the tomato sauce with tinned tomatoes reduced with onion, garlic and basil so it wouldn't make the dish soggy and used grated gruyere instead of parmesan, double the quantity of cheese recommended. I was lucky, it worked very well."
