"I've made this tonnes of times. It's so quick and easy and it always goes down a treat! I substitute the spinach with peas though, which i find works better and add the juice of lemon which really makes it more yummy! "

"This curry was delicious! The tomatoey flavour makes a change from the usual creamy red thai curry i make. I added some more veg - red pepper + peas for colour and also some lime juice. "

"After reaing all the great comments I wad a bit disappointed with this one. It was really easy to make but ot didn't look very attractive and my sister agreed it tasted a little 'eggy'. "
