"I was expecting great things from these and was dissapointed. They are beautifully light and feathery with a lovely warming ginger flavor but I found them a little dry for my liking. Perhaps I cooked mine for too long. They also stuck...badly."

"Was disapointed with these...found them wet and difficult to handle and not particularly interesting in taste...on the plus side the lemon mayonaise was good and they did have the advantage of being made entirely from the dregs of my very bare cupboad."

"As others have said rather blay in colour and nothing like the picture above but VERY tastey and easy to boot. Even my fussy other half has agreed it can be added to the "make again" list."

"I'm going to make this for the third or fourth time today. Really easy and very tasty "friends for dinner after work" meal. Stick it in the oven and sit down and enjoy a pre-dinner drink with the guests. Like others I prefer the beans boiled seperatly and added just at the end. I have a few mushrooms that need used so I'm going to try throwing them in when I add the stock too."
