Warm roasted squash and Puy lentil salad

    Tested

"A beautiful salad ! We loved it. I used raspberry vinegar & cider vinegar in equal parts instead of balsamic, and added a splash of hazelnut oil (because I didn't have any pumpkin seed oil which would have been my choice) I also left the onion slices in an ice bath and drained them just before adding them in the salad bowl. And finally, I used dry lentils instead of a can. I boiled the dry green lentils 10 min in unsalted water, then added the salt and boiled 10 more minutes. And used feta cheese since I have no idea what cheshire cheese is ! Just perfect ! Will certainly do it again ! May be with grated raw beetroot instead of tomatoes."

"Excellent, and easy. I made it on the bbq, it was too hot to use the oven or even boil the potatoes. So I didn't boil the potatoes. I added 1 onion, very thinly sliced, and arranged the layers as follows : a little bit of olive oil, onion slices, potatoe slices (raw), tomatoe slices, garlic and rosemary mix, and potatoes and tomatoes and garlic/rosemary again, then seasoning of course, a drizzle of olive oil, and covered the dish with 2 layers of foil. Then, on to the grill, with the lid closed, for approx 1 hour. Then I added the pork chops, put the foil on top again, closed the lid and on again for approx 20 minutes! Yummy! Everything was slow-roasted, absolutely delicious!"

Halibut parcels with coconut cream, chilli & lime

    Tested

"This one is definitely a 5-star ! I made it yesterday. It was ready in no time and absolutely delicious. I used aluminum foil, no seasoning added, only the coconut sauce, and served with a ready-made microwavable rice, soy and sesame mix, and with the juice from the zested lime. Absolutely perfect. The fish I used was "lieu jaune", I don't have a clue what its English name could be. I used 250g filets, and the grilling took a bit less than 10 minutes, because our bbq comes with a lid, which I kept closed during the whole process."
