"Easy, simple, delicious, what more can i ask ? I made it twice, the 1rst time I made a mistake and used 75cl (1 whole bottle) of wine, it was good but didn't look like the picture at all! lol! The 2nd time i made it, i used the correct amount of wine, added more rosemary, and served with pasta for my husband and a mix of boiled green beans and sugar snap peas for me : yummy... Cath"

Greek lamb with orzo

"i made it yesterday and it was absolutely delicious. At first as i was preparing the ingredients i was scared, so much cinnamon... As it was cooking in the oven, the smell was so powerful i got more and more scared : much too much cinnamon... And finally, il was so perfect in the mouth... The orzo i used is called "avoinette" in French. i also saw it called "risoni". A 5-star casserole indeed! Cath"

"5 stars for this delicious cake. It has become a classic in my family. No one guesses what it is made of... Most of our friends think it's a kind of "pain d'épices". But i have noticed that you must not say there is pumpkin in it or some people will not even taste it... i make it with butternut because butternut keeps well so i always have one in the basement. Absolutely gorgeous, so moist, so tender, so sweet, so yummy! Cath"

Pumpkin curry with chickpeas

"I made it from the magazine where the recipe title includes the word "spinach" and was very surprised not to meet any spinach in the list of ingredients... I decided to serve this excellent pumpkin curry with sauteed spinach (just wilted in a drop of olive oil) because I had already bought the spinach, and it was absolutely fabulous, to the point that I would not make this curry again without the spinach! A 5 star curry! Cath"

Squash, ricotta & sage pasta bake

"I made it yesterday : excellent! We all loved it! Just 1 comment : I didn't have enough cream+parmesan mix (although i was extremely careful to keep enough for the top), I had to add approx. 1/4 cup milk to make sure every lasagna sheet was covered. Thanks for this delicious recipe! Cath"
